Ingredients:
– 1 loaf of white bread, cubed
– 1/2 cup butter
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 celery stalks, finely chopped
– 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
– 1 teaspoon dried thyme
– 1 teaspoon dried sage
– 1/2 teaspoon salt
– 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Cooking spray

Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Spread the cubed bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, until the bread is slightly dried out. Remove from the oven and let it cool.

2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and celery, and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

3. In a large bowl, combine the dried bread cubes, sautéed onions and celery, chicken or vegetable broth, thyme, sage, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until the bread is coated with the liquid and seasonings.

4. Add the beaten eggs, parsley, and Parmesan cheese to the bread mixture. Mix everything together until well combined and the mixture holds together when pressed.

5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly grease it with cooking spray. Shape the stuffing mixture into small balls, about 1-2 inches in diameter, and place them on the baking sheet.

6. Bake the Stuffing Balls in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are golden brown and crispy on the outside.

7. Remove from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving. These Stuffing Balls can be enjoyed on their own or served with cranberry sauce, gravy, or your favorite dipping sauce.

8. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. You can also freeze the cooked Stuffing Balls in a freezer-safe container for up to a month. To reheat, simply place them in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
