– 1 package lasagna noodles
– 1 block extra-firm tofu, drained and pressed
– 2 cups marinara sauce
– 1 cup ricotta cheese
– 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– 2 cloves garlic, minced
– 1 teaspoon dried oregano
– 1 teaspoon dried basil
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.

2. In a medium bowl, crumble the tofu using your hands or a fork to achieve a ground meat-like consistency. Add minced garlic, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Mix well to combine the seasoning with the tofu.

3. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce on the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish to prevent sticking. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top of the sauce.

4. Spread a third of the seasoned tofu mixture over the noodles, followed by dollops of ricotta cheese and a sprinkling of mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Add another layer of noodles and repeat the process until all ingredients are used, finishing with a final layer of noodles on top.

5. Pour the remaining marinara sauce over the top layer of noodles, making sure to cover them evenly. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses on top.
