Veggie Gyoza Dumplings

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, grated carrots, chopped shiitake mushrooms, green onions, minced garlic, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all the vegetables are coated in the seasoning.

2. To assemble the dumplings, place a small spoonful of the vegetable filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Dip your finger in water and moisten the edges of the wrapper.
